Caregiver Respite Program

HFC respite grants cover the cost of professional, in-home or Adult Day Center care so you can feel confident about the care being provided to your person while you take some time for yourself.

HFC works with our preferred provider, Home Instead®, to coordinate care for in-homegrant recipients, we do not issue cash awards to cover any other provision of care.

Online Support Groups

HFC’s Online Support Groups are free and designed to help caregivers navigating any stage of a dementia diagnosis.

Caregivers, buckle up!

Join us for a little light and good company as you navigate the dementia journey.

Scotty Nominations

HFC accepts nominations on a rolling basis for two Scotty Caregiver Awards to be presented at HFC's CareCon, a virtual event designed to empower, educate, and support dementia caregivers held every February in honor of National Family Caregivers Day. Learn more
