HFC now offers a new suite of caregiver-focused support services created to meet your unique needs, help you grow professionally, and provide a space to recharge and connect. These new resources are designed specifically for professional caregivers aka the dedicated individuals providing paid care and support for people living with dementia in homes, facilities, and community settings.
Free Online Support Group
Join fellow paid care partners in a safe, supportive environment to share experiences, talk through challenges, and receive professional guidance. Led by credentialed facilitators, these sessions are designed to nurture your well-being while acknowledging the emotional labor of caregiving.
Care Partner Training
HFC has partnered with the DEER program at the University of Nevada, Reno to bring you a free four-part series designed to empower you with the skills and insights needed for high-quality, relationship-centered, culturally responsive dementia care.
Drawing from evidence-based practices and a holistic understanding of dementia, this comprehensive training offers tools and approaches to enhance communication, foster meaningful relationships, and engage in individualized care and support.
