Humans of Dementia: An Intergenerational Storytelling Contest

This a writing contest for high school and college students from across the U.S. and Canada to pen the best profile of someone who is living with or who has passed from Alzheimer’s disease or another dementia.

Nearly 50 million people worldwide have dementia. Their stories deserve to be told, even if they can no longer tell them themselves.

We hope that you’ll submit your loved one’s story! You might even win a cash award and other exciting prizes.

Learn more by clicking the pink button to the right! And remember, we’ve extended our contest deadline!

All stories must be submitted by April 1, 2020.
